Keep your passport secure and accessible in this shoulder bag made from 100% Wild Nepali Hemp, naturally organic. Large zipped pocket on the outside.  Flap closes above zip with wooden toggles. Comfy wide shoulder strap - wear from the shoulder or across the body. Cotton lining.

Colour: Natural hemp

The wild hemp is gathered and processed by hand in the traditional way by farming families who weave fabric in quiet periods in the farming year. It is then hand-spun into yarn and woven into lengths of cloth approximately 12 inches wide on a back strap loom, before going to Kathmandu by bus. The farming families who produce this beautiful Himalayan textile receive a much-needed cash income from this business. This wild hemp is naturally organic and made entirely by hand. All this woven cloth in our point of view is TEXTILE ART and we feel that if not supported, will vanish in a few years.
