A fashion bag made from hemp that is brought from the middle hills of nepal. Buying products like this will help give work to the women in the hills of Nepal. The fabric is made from hand drawn yarn and is woven on back strapped looms when it is snowing or raining outside, or when there is no other house work to do. The fabric is collected from house to house in the middle hills, sometimes more than two days walk from the nearest road and then brought into Kathmandu to get made into bags. You help us preserve this art of weaving cloth when you buy products made from wild 100% Nepali hemp.

The bag has a zipped top and an inner zipped pocket. Outside pocket with flap secured with a wooden toggle.  
Lined in chocolate coloured cotton with chocolate trim. YKK zips.

We only use Swiss-made azo-free dyes as these are more environmentally friendly.
