This unusual satchel is hand embroidered in two pretty colours and fits all your things for work or play.

Flap closes with a loop and wooden toggle and under the flap on the front of the bag is a large zipped pocket the full width of the bag. Under the flap the bag top closes with a zip with a further zipped pocket inside the bag.

Both colours lined in dark blue cotton. YKK zip.

We only use Swiss-made azo-free dyes as these are more environmentally friendly.

The wild hemp is gathered and processed by hand in the traditional way by farming families who weave fabric in quiet periods of the farming year. It is then hand-spun into yarn and woven into lengths of cloth before going to Kathmandu by bus. The farming families who produce this beautiful Himalayan textile receive a much-needed cash income from this business. This wild hemp is naturally organic and the cloth made entirely by hand.
