These unique rugs in 50% wild Himalayan nettle and 50% wild Nepali hemp are hand knotted in small family workshops in Nepal and feature 60 knots per inch – no wool is used in their manufacture and so are suitable for vegans.

They are very hard wearing as well as soft underfoot, and so suitable for all living areas or bedroom, where they will blend in with any décor.

Naturally mildew and moth resistant, vacuum your eco-friendly rug regularly to keep it in top condition. Please consult a specialist rug cleaner when your rug does need cleaning.

60 knot - Did you know it takes two and a half months for one weaver to make a handknotted 60 knots rug of two metre square.
