Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store (or use the quick search button at the top left of the store page), and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
On receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
We accept card payments using the following cards:

We are pleased to recognize 3D Secure - ie MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa and we welcome this enhanced security element when paying for your purchase. All transactions placed on our website are sent to our accredited payment service provider, Protx - please see Credit Card Security section.
Your credit or debit card will only be charged when your goods are despatched.
If you wish to make any amendments to your order, click on View Basket where you will be able to edit its contents.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when the goods are despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery
The fulfilment of your order is undertaken by us here at Wildweaves and our name will appear on your credit card statement.
UK Delivery
Our delivery charge to the UK (includes Northern Island and the Channel Islands) is:
£2.95 for orders up to £20 and;
£3.95 for orders over £20 up to £75
For orders over £75 delivery is FREE.
(The order value does not include delivery charges.)
Goods are sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Standard Parcel.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from despatch confirmation please let us know.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm)
Next Day delivery is charged as follows:
Up to 1kg - £7.50
Up to 2kg - £9.00
Orders in our hands by 8am Monday to Friday will be processed for delivery the following day; (orders received before 8am Friday for Next Day Delivery will be processed for delivery the following Monday - orders received after 8am Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday).
Please be available to receive your item if you have selected the Next Day Delivery option.
Christmas Delivery Information
Standard Delivery - the last order date for standard UK delivery via Royal Mail is Thursday 18th December.
Next Day Delivery - the last order date for Next Day delivery via Royal Mail is Saturday 20th December, processed on Monday 22nd December and delivered the following day.

Wildweaves delivers by Royal Mail airmail to the following international destinations:

Overseas orders are despatched by international airmail signed for service and will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note that free delivery charge for orders over £75 is for UK destinations only, and that the maximum weight of goods we can send outside the UK is 2kgs.
Please note that in respect of orders outside the European Union, we cannot be responsible for any import or customs duties levied, and any charges in this respect must be paid by you.
You should allow up to 21 days from despatch to receipt of your order.

Delivery Schedule
For UK orders, we aim to prepare and despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt and deliver to you within the next 5 working days, but please allow a further 5-7 working days for unforeseen delays.
Goods are sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Standard Parcel Post.

Back Orders
Unfortunately, at the present time, we cannot accept back orders.

Price
All prices are displayed in Sterling (GBP). The displayed product price is the actual price to be paid in the UK (before postage and packing is added).
Tax Charges: At present we are not registered for VAT, and so do not charge VAT. No VAT can be deducted from your invoice for orders outside Europe.

Credit Card Security
Here at Wildweaves, we take customer security extremely seriously. All our transactions are secure. Orders placed on our website are sent to our accredited payment service provider, Protx and you are not required to enter any card numbers until you are forwarded to their server. Your confidential card details are encrypted before they leave your computer, and are then sent to Protx in scrambled form. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. You will see a closed padlock on your screen but it will depend on your browser whereabouts on your screen you see this.
To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use and the retailer from whom you are purchasing, when you click Proceed you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

Description of Goods
We do our utmost to ensure that descriptions of our goods are correct and that the photography shows, as far as possible, an accurate representation of the item concerned. However, as these are natural fibre products, hand crafted in many cases, there may be slight variations in overall colour from that illustrated and similarly, the natural fibres may be subject to irregularities in weave. Please note that all measurements are approximate.

Wildweaves do not disclose buyers' information (unless required by law) to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment . In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.

Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We at Wildweaves want you to be really happy with your purchase, but if you need to return the items to us, please do so within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, letting us know the reason for return on the form enclosed with your order.

Goods should be sent back unused and in their original packaging, as far as possible, and with labels attached; please do not cut off labels until you are sure you want to keep the items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your credit card as soon as possible with the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge. When posting your parcel, we recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as goods are returned at your risk. Please refer to your local Post Office for advice on insurance.
If the returned goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of delivery to you) and we will credit you with your postage on the returned items.
For exchanges, we will send your goods free of charge, providing the exchanged item is to the same value or lower than the original item. Any additional amounts to the original purchase price must be paid by yourself.
To Cancel Your Order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods for a full refund, including the cost of outward delivery if the whole order is returned, to the address shown under Returns and Exchanges above. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and risk of loss or damage, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
When goods are cancelled but not sent back to us, we reserve the right to collect them and charge you with the cost.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. |
