Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our store (or use the quick search button at the top left of the store page), and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
On receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You can pay via PayPal, using either your own PayPal account, or your credit card. PayPal accepts all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account yourself to pay via PayPal.
If you wish to make any amendments to your order, click on View Basket where you will be able to edit its contents.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when the goods are despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Postage is calculated according to weight and size. This charge will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address and proceed to checkout.

Goods are sent to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Standard Parcel.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from despatch confirmation please let us know.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm)
0.000 to 0.500kg - £6.65
0.501 to 1kg - £7.45
1.001 to 2kg - £9.55
Orders in our hands by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be processed for delivery the next day; orders received by 12 noon Friday will be processed for delivery the next working day which is the following Monday.
Please be available to receive your item if you have selected the Next Day Delivery option.
If you would like your order sent to a country outside the UK please send an email stating what you would like to order to email@example.com and we will be happy to send you a delivery price
Please note that in respect of orders outside the European Union, we cannot be responsible for any import or customs duties levied, and any charges in this respect must be paid by you..
As there can be delays, Royal Mail specify that up to 21 days is allowed from despatch to receipt of your order before it is considered lost.
Unfortunately, at the present time, we cannot accept back orders.
All prices are displayed in Sterling (GBP). The displayed product price is the actual price to be paid in the UK (before postage and packing is added).
Tax Charges: At present we are not registered for VAT, and so do not charge VAT. No VAT can be deducted from your invoice for orders outside Europe.
Description of Goods
We do our utmost to ensure that descriptions of our goods are correct and that the photography shows, as far as possible, an accurate representation of the item concerned. However, as these are natural fibre products, hand crafted in many cases, there may be slight variations in overall colour from that illustrated and similarly, the natural fibres may be subject to irregularities in weave. Please note that all measurements are approximate.

WildWeaves do not disclose buyers' information (unless required by law) to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment . In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns and Exchanges
We at WildWeaves want you to be really happy with your purchase, but if you need to return the items to us, please do so within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, letting us know the reason for return on the form enclosed with your order.

Goods should be sent back unused and in their original packaging, as far as possible, and with labels attached; please do not cut off labels until you are sure you want to keep the items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund you via PayPal as soon as possible with the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge. When posting your parcel, we recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as goods are returned at your risk. Please refer to your local Post Office for advice on insurance.
If the returned goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of delivery to you) and we will credit you with your postage on the returned items.
We regret we are unable to accept fabric returns as these have been cut to your specification.

or by telephoning 07493885945 or 07969599081, so that we can check our stock and put your item aside for you; it will be delivered to you free of charge, providing the postage is to the same value or lower than the original item. Any additional amounts to the original purchase price must be paid by yourself.
For international returns, we are sorry but we are unable to make free exchanges.
To Cancel Your Order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods for a full refund, including the cost of outward delivery if the whole order is returned, to the address shown under Returns and Exchanges above. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and risk of loss or damage, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
When goods are cancelled but not sent back to us, we reserve the right to collect them and charge you with the cost.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
