Returns and Exchanges

We at Wildweaves want you to be really happy with your purchase, but if you need to return the items to us, please do so within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, letting us know the reason for return on the form enclosed with your order.

For UK returns, please send your returned items to:

Goods should be sent back unused and in their original packaging, as far as possible, and with labels attached; please do not cut off labels until you are sure you want to keep the items.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your credit card as soon as possible with the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge.  When posting your parcel, we recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as goods are returned at your risk.  Please refer to your local Post Office for advice on insurance.

If the returned goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of delivery to you) and we will credit you with your postage on the returned items.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by telephoning 01572 757456, so that we can check our stock and put your item aside for you; it will be delivered to you free of charge, providing the postage is to the same value or lower than the original item.  Any additional amounts to the original purchase price must be paid by yourself.

We regret we are unable to accept fabric returns as these have been cut to your specification.

For international returns, I am sorry but we are unable to make free exchanges.


To Cancel Your Order

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods for a full refund, including the cost of outward delivery if the whole order is returned, to the address shown under Returns and Exchanges above. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and risk of loss or damage, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

When goods are cancelled but not sent back to us, we reserve the right to collect them and charge you with the cost.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
