Delivery
The fulfilment of your order is undertaken by us here at Wildweaves and our name will appear on your credit card statement.
To give the best value to you, our customer, we now calculate our delivery charge according to weight. This charge will be calculated once you have entered your delivery address and proceed to checkout. We now also deliver to certain countries overseas.

Orders in our hands by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be processed for next day delivery the following day; orders received by 12 noon Friday will be processed for delivery the next working day which is the following Monday.

Overseas orders are despatched by International Airmail Signed For service which will require a signature upon receipt.

Price
All prices are displayed in Sterling (GBP). The displayed product price is the actual price to be paid in the UK (before postage and packing is added).
Tax Charges: At present we are not registered for VAT, and so do not charge VAT. No VAT can be deducted from your invoice for orders outside Europe.

Credit Card Security
Here at Wildweaves, we take customer security extremely seriously. All our transactions are secure. Orders placed on our website are sent to our accredited payment service provider, Sage Pay (previously called Protx) and you are not required to enter any card numbers until you are forwarded to their server. Your confidential card details are encrypted before they leave your computer, and are then sent to Sage Pay in scrambled form. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. You will see a closed padlock on your screen but it will depend on your browser whereabouts on your screen you see this.
To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use and the retailer from whom you are purchasing, when you click Proceed you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

Description of Goods
We do our utmost to ensure that descriptions of our goods are correct and that the photography shows, as far as possible, an accurate representation of the item concerned. However, as these are natural fibre products, hand crafted in many cases, there may be slight variations in overall colour from that illustrated and similarly, the natural fibres may be subject to irregularities in weave. Please note that all measurements are approximate.

Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We at Wildweaves want you to be really happy with your purchase, but if you need to return the items to us, please do so within 20 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, letting us know the reason for return on the form enclosed with your order.

Goods should be sent back unused and in their original packaging, as far as possible, and with labels attached; please do not cut off labels until you are sure you want to keep the items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your credit card as soon as possible with the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge. When posting your parcel, we recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as goods are returned at your risk. Please refer to your local Post Office for advice on insurance.
If the returned goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of delivery to you) and we will credit you with your postage on the returned items.
We regret we are unable to accept fabric returns as these have been cut to your specification.

or by telephoning 01572 757456, so that we can check our stock and put your item aside for you; it will be delivered to you free of charge, providing the postage is to the same value or lower than the original item. Any additional amounts to the original purchase price must be paid by yourself.
For international returns, I am sorry but we are unable to make free exchanges.
To Cancel Your Order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods for a full refund, including the cost of outward delivery if the whole order is returned, to the address shown under Returns and Exchanges above. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and risk of loss or damage, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
When goods are cancelled but not sent back to us, we reserve the right to collect them and charge you with the cost.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
These conditions and all other express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
